The Client

Modis' Oracle ERP Team is proud to be working alongside a business that is looking to expand their Oracle Support Team with multiple Analysts.

They are currently supporting an Oracle R12 (12.1.3) system and they require several Analysts to assist with multiple support activities. This client offers training to their staff, as well as fantastic opportunities for upwards mobility, and an employee-friendly flexi-time process (including working from home) to allow for a healthy work life balance.

The Role

Functional Analyst - You will be joining the Support Team that is already in place at the company, providing maintenance, data extraction, configuration, and testing. You will be providing functional support, acting as the "go between" for the Support team and business stakeholders, as well as working alongside other members of the team resolving user incidents. The role will be centred around HCM modules, with a particular focus on the HR and Payroll aspects within this. Some key tasks will include:

  • Picking up tickets from end-users
  • Resolving issues
  • Raising new Payroll elements
  • Configuration
  • Data Loader activities

The Candidate

You will be joining a support team in a functional capacity. The client is looking for an hands-on individual that can cover all aspects of HR/Payroll from a functional aspect. The client has stressed that the ideal candidate possesses a strong knowledge of the UK payroll scene.

Essential Skills &/or Experience:

  • Functional Experience with Oracle EBS.
  • Good Product knowledge of Oracle HCM & Payroll

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of UK pension structures
  • Oracle R12
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
