Akkodis is currently recruiting for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our client on a 12 month initial contract.

Rate: £650 per day
Status: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid / Taunton
To lead and manage our third-party, offshore development relationship. Ensuring delivery of multiple streams of development to budget, time and quality. The role requires a strong background in Agile practices, stakeholder management, and effective communication. This role involves working closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, fostering collaboration, and optimizing the performance of remote teams.
Key objectives are; (but lot limited too)
* Improvements to our delivery processes i.e. permissions to improve defence delivery, direct access for 3rd parties to engineering to develop against inhouse applications….etc.
* Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the offshore teams.
* Monitor team performance, addressing any issues and providing constructive feedback to improve productivity and collaboration.
* Bring new work into the teams. Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the offshore teams.

* Foster open and transparent communication between the onshore and offshore teams.
