(Experienced) Business Manager
As (Experienced) Business Manager you will work within the High Tech unit. Focused on the semiconducting, industry and automotive sectors. Your work focuses on bringing in the right technical challenging projects and assignments from prospects and customers and matching them with the right consultant(s). As an entrepreneur, you and your team are responsible for the commercial process.
- Expanding sales with prospects and existing customers within the High Tech unit. For this, your focus will be on the industry sector.
- Together with, among others, the Sales Director for large accounts, you draw up a commercial cooperation agreement and you ensure long-term relationships with potential clients, taking into account the margin agreements within the Business Unit
- Initiating and attending evaluations with consultants at the client together with the Talent Manager to realize future assignments.
- Co-responsible for recruiting Professionals and managing this pool to achieve further growth. Hereby also guaranteeing the loyalty of current consultants and striving for continuous growth of the team. Responsible for ensuring the continuity of assignments from the consultants and managing ending projects.
- Awareness and follow-up of own activities, KPIs and results.
All of this through intensive relationship management at a tactical and strategic level, based on sustainable relationships and the delivery of quality.

- You have a completed HBO or WO education with a technical, commercial or business background;
- You have extensive experience, preferably within a (technical) commercial position
- You have experience in acquisition and customer contact;
- You have excellent verbal and written command of the English language
