Leading a team of Operators and Setters, organising daily tasks and supervising production processes, so that products are manufactured in accordance with the timeline, budget and specifications.

Responsibility for the assigned line, including supervision of 15 operators/setters working on it

Being responsible for the following areas: management, organisation, safety, monitoring, improvements, administration

Supervising, coaching and motivating the Operators and Setters during the shift Driving performance of the employees, identifying training/s for them, assigning tasks, providing input for performance appraisals Organising the daily tasks and ensuring that team members are aware of planning priorities.

Organising and distributing production orders, taking priorities, capabilities, capacities and processes into account.

Adjusting the daily work schedule as needed, to meet production requirements. Identifying when overtime is required.

Supervising and monitoring the production indicators (KPIs), in order to achieve productivity targets.

Contributing to the improvement of working procedures

Compiling, maintaining and reviewing reports, daily work records, time cards, payroll information, work specification, shift logs and appropriate documentation for assigned personnel

Complying with all regulations, rules, procedures and policies in the field of health & safety, environment and food safety

Working experience in supervising employees within a production/manufacturing setting Technical background in working for food, beverages, packing production process

Experience with working in a multicultural team Management skills and knowledge of leadership principles

Good communication skills Knowledge of factory processes

Knowledge of machine operation Knowledge of general maintenance Organisational and communication skills

Knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP principles and health & safety regulations

Good command of the English language - Dutch is preferred but not required
