Project Background & Objectives

  • To support our business and business partner, we need to ensure that all digital platforms and it features run smoothly and if there are any issues we will know and able to solve them on time.

Project Deliverables & Work and/or Service Description

  • Perform daily testing all active Digital Trade Engagement platforms and features according to the program activation plan for all user segment
  • Perform daily checking on Salesforce tasks for all sale channels according to the content calendar for all user segment
  • Review feature requirements or change request and preparing test scenario
  • Act as the first point of contact to help answering inquiry or solving general issue for Digital Trade Engagement team / Back Office (call center) / Sales Force via phone and LINE
  • Ensure the timeliness of closing each technical ticket
  • Setting up trade program campaign according to the requirements
  • Working hour 8:00 – 17:00
  • Work location: WFH during this pandemic. Once the office is back to fully operation, then need to be ready to work in the office.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and IT related field
  • At least having 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or ERP Support or Application Support and Testing
  • Familiar with mobile app, online platforms
  • Attention to detail
  • Good English proficiency (Able to communicate in English)
  • Willing to work as a contractor
