AU (Adecco University) Learn Center Training

Access 31 online courses to set the foundation for your learning (within the first two weeks of joining the team).

200-Day RDM Training Program

This program teaches core concepts, demonstrates those concepts through activities, and then reinforces the learning through interactive webinar sessions. You’ll have activity metrics for the 14-week program that will provide a foundation from which to grow. Weeks 14-26 are focused on production with some 2.0 webinars and activities that will allow you to sharpen your skills while focusing on your book of business.


Building a Strong Technology Foundation

To help the technology learning curve and, as part of the 200-Day Training, Modis SMEs lead 13 technology webinars that focus on 3 foundational and 8 specific skills sets that will help guide you into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). There are 8 core webinars that focus on the placement lifecycle and give you guidance and training at each step of the placement process.

RDM Camp

After graduating the 200-Day program successfully, attend an in-person training in Jacksonville, FL, at our corporate headquarters. You’ll experience three days of best-practice sharing, role-plays and hip-to-hip coaching from field SMEs.

SEC (Service Excellence Course)

This three-day program is designed to create self-awareness and identify behaviors needed to be more proactive in executing a favorable service experience for our customers, clients, colleagues and candidates. You’ll work through a series of discussions, activities and experiences to adopt a common customer framework for key interactions with your customers. This will prove a great opportunity to highlight the impact of one’s actions and behavior and assist with overcoming potential poor perceptions.

SLC (Sales Leadership Course)

This program provides our Sales Leaders with effective techniques and identifies the right behaviors, which will empower and enable success through others, resulting in an increase of client retention, market share and new business opportunities. You’ll work through a series of discussions, activities and experiences to adopt a common client sales framework for key interactions with your customers.

VFL (Value Focused Leadership)

In conjunction with other Adecco Brand leadership, this workshop is designed to showcase that leadership is a verb, not just a character trait, by helping our leaders improve their skills.
