Formula E Scholarship

Formula E and the NYC ePrix are excited to announce a new scholarship program for high school seniors interested in STEM in New York City!

Formula E and Modis recognize that the future Engineers, IT Directors, and Event Professionals that will elevate the Formula E legacy are about to enter college and they, and their families, may benefit from some financial support.

Starting this year, Formula E and Modis have partnered to create the NYC ePrix Scholarship Engineered by Modis. This scholarship will reward each of two (2) current high school seniors with a $1,000 scholarship to be applied toward college education-related expenses in the 2019 / 2020 academic year. The two (2) scholarship recipients will be selected by an internal committee comprised of representatives from Formula E, the NYC ePrix and Modis. Awards will be sent directly to the appropriate office of the recipient’s school by way of a check made payable to the school on behalf of the scholarship recipient.

The two (2) scholarship recipients will be invited to attend the NYC ePrix Shakedown on Friday, July 12, 2019. During their time at Shakedown, the scholarship winners will have the chance to meet with Formula E and Modis executives and receive a behind-the-scenes tour of the NYC ePrix.
