Research Support Specialist - (Remote)

Role Overview:

The responsibilities of the Specialist consist of extracting, transforming, reporting, and visualizing data. An important function of this role will be reviewing data to assist in identifying trends and recommend solutions to meet and exceed company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze case escalations to determine faults, trends and suggest solutions
  • Thoroughly identify, research, understand and communicate customer concerns
  • Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
  • Engage leaders and partners when presenting escalations and/or solutions
  • Work independently and as a team to manage workload
  • Other duties as required
  • Prerequites:

  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment for an 8 hour shift
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify and report on trends
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, yet be a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/PC skills
  • Familiar with the use of technology, as well as ability to learn new technology
