Fabrications Manager

A Fabrication Manager job in Aurora Ohio is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position is responsible for managing production schedules, quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies & ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. 

Pay Range:  $70,000 - $80,000

Fabrication Manager Responsibilities:

·       Lead the Fabrication Operations to ensure product flow and quality to downstream operations

·       Manage resources to meet production, safety and quality objectives

·       Oversees the functions of all production activities to ensure compliance to all performance and safety standards

·       Responsible for the safety performance of the plant and takes an active role in the plant’s safety programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required

·       Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience preferred

·       Experience as Fabrication Supervisor

·       Thorough knowledge of manufacturing
