Location: Ideally in Austin, but open to fully remote from the below states only (Even if local - work remote)

Type: 3-month contract to hire role
Salary: Market competitive with a bonus.
Requirements:
Must have experience running paid media campaigns
Must have experience in an online e-commerce industry
Must understand principles of metrics (return on ad spent & how to set those goals)
Must understand how to attribute sales to each marketing channel.
Must have leadership experience in managing teams and setting strategic goals
Advertising agency experience is a plus
Must have experience using Power BI & Data Analytics.
CRM or Analytics Background is a plus

Manage a team for 4 direct reports while remaining a hands contributor
Test new paid media channels such as radio, TV, streaming
Manage SEO Strategy
Motivate others to exceed goals and improve the performance of the team.
Be metrics driven and perform ROI analysis on the success of paid campaigns.
