Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst for long-term contract opportunity with our direct client (likely to convert to full time). This position is hybrid (2 days per week) in Bethesda, MD.

Role/ Requirements:

Will gather and analyze business requirements, create user stories, perform case management functions and manage a large backlog of tasks which requires shaping and refining.

·         Salesforce experience is to have

·         Must bring strong problem solving, critical thinking and analysis skills

·         Must be a business analyst who has been a true analyst and is able to hear the customer, and think “how can I help to solve this problem” (not looking for a mere note taker)

·         Experience working in Agile development environment; management tool experience in Jira

·         7-10 years of experience required

·         Bachelor’s degree required
