Akkodis is seeking a Leave Administration Coordinator for a 6-month W2 contract position with a client located in Bloomington, Indiana. This Leave Administration Coordinator will be working onsite in a general office environment providing high-level administrative support for assigned Executives as well as back-up support for current administrative staff.
Pay Range: $22 to $23 per hour
Leave Administration Coordinator job responsibilities include:
Generate leave related reports via Leave Management System (LMS) and HRIS.
Organize, file and upload documentation related to employee leave cases within the LMS.
Review documentation generated by the LMS.
Work with others in the department to complete case processing in a timely manner.
Monitor leave deadlines to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Communicate with HR personnel regarding leave information.
Determines leave eligibility and reviews medical documentation to determine leave status.
Deal with situations in a supportive and empathetic manner.
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organizations.
Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Leave management including FMLA required.
Experience using effective communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of HR system and attendance policies preferred.
2 years of experience in administering leave of absences required.
Proficient knowledge of office software, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
