ABOUT THE ROLE:

Property Services manages over a hundred properties with approximately two hundred and thirty plus buildings in New York State from Buffalo to Riverhead, Long Island. We manage these properties by providing both Facilities Services (HVAC, Landscaping, Food Services and Repair and Maintenance) and Capital Project Management Services.

Project Scope

We are looking to have a resource visit each property and take inventory, by building, of the types of bathrooms and locker rooms that exist and document their physical condition by updating a spreadsheet of data and take photographs providing documentation. There are approximately 177 Buildings in Upstate, New York (Buffalo to Albany) and approximately 86 Buildings in Downstate, New York (Staten Island to Riverhead, Long Island). This data will be used for Capital Project Planning and Occupancy Planning. This role will pay between $27 to $45 per hour.

The data being gathered should include but not limited to:

  1. Property Address

  2. Building Description

  3. Location Description within the building of Men / Women / Other (Gender Neutral, Handicapped etc.)

  4. What is the condition of each bathroom and locker room (Good, Poor, Unusable / Unsafe)

  5. Take a Photo of the bathroom and locker room

Client will provide the following:

  1. IPad to communicate, take photos and update data

  2. An updated a listing of all Properties by Street Address

  3. A Floor Plan for each building showing the locations of bathrooms

  4. An access badge that will provide access to the buildings

  5. Personal Protective gear (helmet, safety glasses, yellow safety vest)

  6. Template to complete for each restroom visited

Expenses

Client will reimburse for expenses per client's travel policy

  • Car Allowance per mile

  • Tolls

  • Hotel Stays

  • Meals

Requirements

Must have valid New York State Driver’s License

Must have a personal vehicle capable of safety driving the distances required for this project. (Approximately 100 - 300 miles) - possibility rental car will be provided

Must pass background check to receive access to the buildings and Drive Vehicle

Must use personal Credit Card to use for expenses. - possibility client will provide a travel card

Must be able to access and transition through buildings via staircases (elevators not at all sites)

Must be able to read building drawings to be able to locate the bathrooms and locker rooms.

Must be able to use Microsoft Excel to enter data

Must be able to use IPad to take photos

Must be able to understand driving directions and get from one site to another.

Must be able to develop a project plan to execute this project and be one time and on budget

Pay Details: $27.00 to $45.00 PER HOUR
