Modis is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 1-year contract opportunity in Cambridge, MA. The Project Coordinator will help coordinate operational activities for the platform and coordinate administrative activities in order to ensure that platform resources are allocated appropriately, and all activities comply with the relevant regulatory framework. This position requires a highly collaborative individual who is familiar with laboratory animal research and biological sciences and possesses strong time management and written/oral communication skills. The role involves aligning platform activities with stakeholders’ priorities and covers a wide range of activities and projects. Multiple demands are common and require a high degree of flexibility, judgment, and organizational & technical skills. Duties vary according to individual departmental needs globally, but all involve technical and organizational skills for the coordination and maintenance of facts, data, documents, calendars, meetings, international communication, and/or the like. High level of interaction with Senior Management Level associates
Assist personnel ensuring compliance with all regulations governing the use of animals in research by performing data entry and report generation, as well as other organizational tasks relevant to facility inspections, research Quality Assurance, and regulatory compliance.
