We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator for a position within the nation’s largest provider of shared communications infrastructure.

Locations:  Canonsburg, PA

                     Charlotte, NC

                     Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Hybrid (3-days in office / 2-days remote)

Contract Length: 1-year (extensions likely – possible perm. Conversion)

Compensation: $25.66/hr.

*AT&T experience is a plus for this role.

*Experience with telecom construction software (PACE, NORAD) a plus

*Understands post, notice to proceed (NTP) construction sequence

In this role you will support a team (District, Area, or Functional group) with assigned projects and/or any of the following as assigned: correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates, and monitoring deadlines; provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Creates budgets, issues POs, maintains project financials.
  • Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems.
  • Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, project or program (internal and external).
  • Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
  • Provide financial project details as requested.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred

EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • One (1) to three (3) years in a general business environment with budgeting and/or accounting experience

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
  • Experience with telecom construction software (Swifttrac, NORAD) a plus
  • Experience using JD Edwards
  • Understands telecom construction events
  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach

Working Conditions: Works on a hybrid schedule (three identified days in office, two from home or all five in office) in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
