This is a part time role, max 35 hours per week. Must be within the Iowa City / Cedar Rapids corridor for hybrid work.

Assists the Help Desk lead, Assistant Director, and Project leads/Mgr. in all aspects of project execution as needed.
Assists the Help Desk lead, Assistant Director, and Project leads/Mgr. with vendor management as needed.
Purchasing: Creation, routing, and approvals of Purchase Orders
Credit Card: validate monthly charges and provide supporting documentation.
Manage department invoices and confirm payments
Assist with coverage of Help Desk phone, basic phone triage
Manage software renewal calendar
Develop equipment quotes for projects
Provides administrative support to the IT team.
Utilize work order system, including receiving work requests, assigning work orders, and entering system data.
Secondary Duties:
Mature & Maintain the department’s document repository & knowledge base.
Mature & Oversee hardware check out process
Perform user password resets
Training & Event coordination
Restock IT hardware consumables and recyclables
Enter new Assets into database
