We are looking to add two Level 1 Help Desk Resources to an existing team.  2 shift options 8-5 Monday through Friday and 4:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 

This is NOT a remote position, must be able to work on site in Chandler, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide remote technical support (Bomgar)
  • Ask probing questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Walk end user through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot problems with Local Area Networks (LAN)
  • Install computer peripherals for end users.
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs (we ship out the replacement equipment as needed)
  • Walk users through our equipment setup guide
  • Walk end user through resetting their modem/ router
  • Help others on the team when they have questions/ need help resolving an issue
  • Work with team to improve current documentation / how to guides
