We are looking for a Java Developer- Mid-Senior Level for a 12-18 month contract

Must be in one of the following cities - Chicago, Dallas or Jersey City – While the role starts 100% remote there will be some hybrid work in future

Candidates Must have:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development utilizing the required skill set.
High level of proficiency in Java with extensive experience in multi-threading, collections, high performance programming.
Spring, JDBC, unit testing, CICD, Messaging Ques, Restful API’s
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
An ideal candidate would come from financial industry
Must have experience with data analytics to effectively analyze and solve complex business issues Must be competent in all phases of application development and implementation

WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Participate in code reviews and application transition to support team.

Requires in-depth knowledge of multi-threaded, highly distributed and concurrent systems

Work in agile environment

Develop and leverage automation tools to provide a quicker time to market for delivery of project solutions

Acts as a technical resource to the development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
