  • ITCONNECT/SMARTIT mapping and testing SME
  • Knowledge/Incident/Request
  • PDO Collaboration
  • Document all process/standards regarding the services we offer and communicate to the PDO teams
  • Work closely with the Application Monitoring team to resolves issues related to automation of incidents using Dynatrace/Splunk
  • Communicate any new updates on tools/process improvements/changes to team
  • Coordinate weekly meetings for FR team and work on full-filling follow up items
  • Review shift schedules for NA
  • AFR/DRIM/BCP/DR updates based on GIS standards
  • Create documentation for new tools/Train team on new tool
  • Metrics reporting whenever needed
  • Monitor batch schedules and mailboxes whenever needed or when short of resources
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of SQL and Java helpful
  • Autosys experience required
  • Unix
  • Experience Preferred

  • Project management, Global
  • IT Customer Support
  • API experience
  • experience in dashboard creation
  • EDUCATION

    Associate degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred

    SHIFT: noon-8pm EST Mon-Fri
