Akkodis has a client looking for a Direct Hire Lead .Net Developer with heavy Azure. This role is fully remote.
What you will be doing:
Develops, enhances, documents, and maintains application features in C#/Asp.Net/T-SQL, React, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
Participates in design, code and test applications throughout product life cycle to contribute technical expertise and to identify issues.
Performs some BA/QA duties, including interviewing business liaisons, to write the functional requirements.
Provides work breakdowns, estimates and status updates to management.
Understands technical project priorities, implementation dependencies, risks and issues.
Leads EPICs in our agile development process, requiring coordination, direction and mentorship of multiple development resources.
Leads development scrum groups, taking responsibility for the outcome of multiple stories across several developers.
Engages in story planning, negotiating between PM, DEV and QA to derive appropriate stories based on fair compromises between original specifications, technical design and testing possibilities.
Participates in and develops code as part of a unified development group, working the whole technological stack between platform and UI concerns.
Leads development team in architecture and design of new features.
5+ years of experience in a development role within an Agile based working environment.
Technical Leadership, with the ability to drive the implementation of complex solutions is preferred.
Experience working with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
In-depth experience with C#, Web front ends and Azure DevOps.
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams through effective communication and established credibility and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.
