Modis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting customer service-oriented candidates to provide Deskside/Desktop Support.

The Deskside Support Technician requires candidates to have a high level of customer service and prior experience in delivery, support and set up of PC’s and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work assigned from a ticketing system adhering to SLA’s and client’s guidelines. 
  • Deployment and collection of equipment for end users
  • Onsite and remote support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Special projects as assigned (PC refresh, conference room support, etc.)
  • Qualifications:

  • AS or BS degree in MIS, CIS or related field preferred
  • One year experience providing end user support preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with laptops/PC/Chromebook from a set up and deployment standpoint
  • Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA.
