Title: Remote Coordinator     

Location: REMOTE

Pay: $23.55/hr

Contract Duration: 12 months

Qualifications:

  1. Must be very well acquainted with Outlook and email organization.
  2. Need to be able to work in excel. Create documents, familiar with VLOOKUP and formatting the document.
  3. Must a good communicator, write good sentences, etc. We work with our client in email and good communication and follow up is key for a good experience.
  4. Working at home, so we prefer a person that has good experience going to the office to learn a good work ethic.
  5. Must have a good secure internet connection. No unsecured WIFI at any time.
  6. They need a cell phone they can use in the event it is needed.
  7. Local hours 8AM-5PM and it may exceed those hours from time to time. Our account we support works 8AM – 8PM.
  8. They need to have a dedicated workspace without interruption.
  9. If they have any networking experience that would be helpful, but not required. All of our printers are networked.

Responsibilities:  

  • Identifies and submits preparatory requirements for site deployment, including but not limited to network ports, fax forwarding, IP address request, and print queues using established customer processes.
  • Inputs data into the BART system and determines future state equipment.
  • Meets with banking center Manager or Vice President by phone to review future state plans.
  • Directs hardware admin to order equipment through and refers the site for tech scheduling.
  • Directs installs, removals and schedules.
  • Ensures MSL submission, (device entitlement on the network) with supporting device test pages.
  • Ensures BART updates are completed, submits site transition documentation.
  • Provides weekly status updates on all sites to Modis/HP Project Manager
