Help Desk Specialist
Location: Onsite - Glendale, CA (2 locations close in proximity)
Possible Hybrid: 2 days weekly remote once inserted into processes.
This is a Contract to Hire opportunity. After the 6 month contract, this professional will become a permanent full time employee of the client.
The Help Desk Specialist will assist users in person, via phone, and through the use of Remote Support Software. This person will create and work Help Desk / Desktop Support tickets as well as escalate tickets to next level support when needed.
Required: 3+ years experience in a Desktop or Help Desk role.
Setting up, moving or decommissioning computers as well as shipping equipment to other locations.
Knowledge of the following technologies Desired:
