Office 365 Solution Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an O365 Solutions Analyst for a client located in Herndon, VA. The Office365 Digital Adoption Analyst manages and continuously improves digital employee experience (DEX). The analyst develops and executes a digital adoption strategy for Office365 and improves employee adoption of Office 365 applications.

Pay: $53/hr - $55/hr

Office365 Digital Adoption Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Create and update training documents and material for O365 applications on teams and SharePoint Online

• Manage users’ communities in teams to answer their questions about O365 applications features, capabilities, and upcoming new services.

• Arrange and hold training, and webinars, to enhance utilization of O365 applications

• Develop and execute a digital adoption strategy for Office365

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree

• +5 years of experience implementing Office 365

• Excellent in Office 365 applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power app, Design SharePoint Site) Communications.

• End user experience orientation. Seeks to understand end-user needs and works to anticipate, identify, and meet employee needs.
