Agile Business Analyst

Modis, Inc. the leader in the IT and Engineering Staffing Industry is actively interviewing candidates for an exciting Agile Business Analyst role with one of our best clients in the Akron area. This is a full-time opportunity. The client operates on a HYBRID schedule, requiring your presence onsite at least 2 days per week. Local candidates will have priority.

Job Description:

As Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for web based applications. You will be responsible for working with business stakeholders and IT to make sure that the user stories are written in a clear and concise manner and that backlog cases are prioritized properly. Your experience in delivering features from start to finish will be an asset, and is required, for this role.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst is required

3+ years of experience in Agile / Kanban methodology is required.

Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool is strongly preferred.

Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively is required.

Professionalism, top-notch communication skills and positive attitude is required for success
