Business Analyst - Jacksonville, FL Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
Analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
Create user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to extract and document requirements
Gather, analyze, prioritize and manage requests from business units and development teams
Ensure that requirements are executable, testable, and complete
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in business analysis role
Six Sigma certification is required
Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred
