Modis is looking to hire a Tier 1 Help Desk individual on a contract to hire basis for a local HVAC equipment client. As the Tier 1 Help Desk Support you will provide technical support to all levels of staff including in-house and field customers. This includes the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a variety of applications and operating systems.
