Modis is looking to hire a Tier 1 Help Desk individual on a contract to hire basis for a local HVAC equipment client. As the Tier 1 Help Desk Support you will provide technical support to all levels of staff including in-house and field customers. This includes the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a variety of applications and operating systems.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming trouble tickets.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware.
  • Install and configure applications and operating system software and upgrades
  • Train end users in the use of equipment and software.
  • Monitor network and system health.
  • Escalate support calls to supervisor as necessary.
