Modis is hiring an Integration Support Analyst, on a one-year contract basis. The primary responsibility of his position will be monitoring/supporting new and existing application integrations between internal and external systems. A brief synopsis of the role’s responsibilities is listed below:

  • 3+ years of application integration support analyst experience.
  • Must have technical knowledge/experience with Web Services, RESTful API’s FTP/sFTP.
  • Experience with MuleSoft API, DB2 and/or SQL, Salesforce and/or Oracle Fusion are highly desired.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users.
  • You will monitor application logs to identify errors, assist with outage and failure requests for integration services as well as provide scheduled/ad-hoc reports.
