Modis is hiring an O365 Analyst, on a six-month contract to hire basis. This position’s primary responsibility will be to support the Office 365 team with initial day-to-day focus on end user support of the Microsoft 365 platform. A brief synopsis of the role’s responsibilities is listed below:

  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting the O365 platform.
  • Assist with automating Office 365 administration tasks with PowerShell scripting.
  • Support end users with technical questions, best practices, and training for the Office 365 platform. Document Knowledge Base Articles.
  • Gathering requirements and documenting new or changing business solutions.
  • Assist with developing business solutions within Office 365, using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, SharePoint Online.
