Modis is hiring four Process Improvement Analysts on a 12–24 month contract basis with the potential of converting fulltime. The primary responsibility of this position is to work directly with the business units to scope their day-to-day processes as well as to define and document their operational efficiencies by identifying areas to improve leveraging lean methodologies. A brief synopsis of the role’s responsibilities is listed below:

  • 1+ year of professional project, process and/or operational analyst experience.
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing lean solutions to wasteful processes.
  • Work with leadership and present identified process improvement findings.
  • Must enjoy being in the day-to-day weeds of process mapping/defining activities and familiar with a variety of tools e.g. Draw IO (Similar to Visio), Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira
  • Must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
