Akkodis is seeking a Human Resources Representative for a Contract position with a client located in Lancaster, PA.
Pay/Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00/ Hr.
Human Resources Representative job responsibilities include:
· Work with the HR Manager, managers, and supervisors to fill vacant positions through direct hire and internship programs.
· Support weekly ADP payroll for approximately 75+ employees; Review work hours reports, shift changes, training hours, etc.
· Assist with new employee onboarding.
· Maintain personnel records in compliance (physical and digital) with legal requirements and ensure all documents are filed in a timely manner.
· Assists the HR Manager in policy administration, Special Events, and employee Engagement Programs.
· Support various employee recognition and support programs: birthdays, service awards; employee appreciation, and employee events.
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 1-3 years of human resource administrative assistant experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· A self-starter with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment using emotional intelligence.
· Highly organized, with keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively across functional groups.
· Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Payroll, staffing, records management, data entry, etc.
