Change Management Professional:
The Change Management Professional enables the “people side” of change for initiatives critical to the success of the transformation. The professional is responsible for change management of initiatives with a medium disruption gap in moderately change-resistant areas, OR support a Change Management Lead on major disruptive initiatives with highly resistant areas. The professional assesses organizational change readiness, develops change management plans and implements interventions to drive change adoption and absorption.
Client’s “Transform through new Ways of Working” strategic goal will require a transformation to a new operating system over the next several years. The transformation will create a lot of change. To achieve the objectives of the transformation and to help our associates thrive through it, a big emphasis is being put on managing the people-side of the change.
