Real Time Analyst
LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT WITH OPPORTUNITY TO BE EXTENDED BUT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED
Location: Louisville, KY
*THIS IS A WAH POSITION BUT MAY REQUIRE TO OCCASIONALLY TRAVEL ONSITE TO CLIENT FACILITY ONCE THE CLIENT FACILITY RE-OPENS
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
The Real-Time Analyst will key daily requests, update schedules and respond to escalated issues and ad-hoc requests. This individual is a self-starter; with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities without being provided explicit direction. Strong analytic skills and a passion for improving consumer experiences using technology are essential.
– Monitors site to ensure optimal staffing levels.
– Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
– Effective Communication skills
– Ability to use Microsoft Office products effectively
– Understanding of Call Center environments
– Previous Workforce Management experience
– Experience with Aspect Software
– Experience with Avaya CMS Software
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
