We have a great opportunity to join as a Help Desk Analyst with one of our largest financial service clients.
Location: Malvern, PA
Job Type: Hybrid (Tue/Wed/Thurs in office, Mon/Fri Remote)
Contract: 2-yeas (ability to extend or convert to perm.)
Compensation: $18/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Helpdesk Analyst will handle inquiries from crew and contractors about desktop and mobile device hardware, as well as shrink-wrap and specialized business unit software incidents.
- Respond to inquiries from crew and contractors about desktop and mobile device hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide solutions to end users..
- Respond to inquiries from crew and contractors about shrink-wrap and specialized business unit software incidents.
- Escalate complex issues to higher level support as needed.
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Troubleshooting experience with MAC computers
- Customer Service experience.
