Desktop Support Analyst

Modis, the leader in the IT and Engineering Staffing Industry, is currently seeking candidates for the position of Desktop Support Analyst for a long-term contract in Mentor, Ohio. The Desktop Support Analyst will support the company's Office 365 environment and must be able to drive to various locations within a 5 mile radius from the main office.

Required Skills:

Provides first and second level technical support. (Desktop/Software Peripherals).

Installs maintains and troubleshoots Microsoft Office suite.

Support Active Directory environment - setting up users, distribution lists, group policies, etc.

Experience with SCCM would be ideal but not required

Maintains and troubleshoots VPN remote access.
