Business Development Specialist - (Remote)

Akkodis is seeking a Business Development Specialist to work remotely with our client's company. As part of the Business Banking prospecting team, this individual will focus on business credit card programs and be responsible for contacting companies with revenue of 2.5M+. This is a 4-month contract position on W2 with a pay max rate of $33.89/hr. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, organization, and previous cold-calling or B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make 50-100 daily calls to prospects in the CST time zone to set up appointments with the sales team

• Sell the appointment, not the product

• Adhere to the provided script while also adapting to each personality

• Maintain metrics of at least 50% attendance for 2+ appointments per day

• Log call notes in Salesforce

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and time management

• Cold calling or B2B sales experience preferred

We are seeking a candidate who can hold a conversation on the phone while following a script and closing politely. They should be able to manage their time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Previous cold-calling or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
