This position is responsible for coordinating all service requirements for specified customer accounts. This includes acting as the liaison between various internal groups and your customer. The SSC is required to manage customer’s requirements within our scheduling guidelines.


  • Develop and strengthen client relationship by providing superior service through timely, complete, and accurate responses to customer needs and inquiries
  • Responsible for efficiency and the quality of service provided for both field sales and customer base
  • Handle order input and enforce adequate on-time reception of order and/or order changes
  • Manage orders in conjunction with inventory restraints and production availability
  • Create and update inventory and production reports by account
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring all developments on assigned accounts
  • Negotiate production discrepancies with responsible parties
  • Produce viable solutions to production or delivery related problems in a timely manner and elevates appropriately when necessary


  • College degree preferred
  • Prior Customer Service/Account Management/Supply Chain management experience required (Non Call Center)
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also work well with the team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP, and SharePoint
