  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Length of Contract: 3 months, likely to extend for up to 2 years
  • Shift Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
  • Self-motivated; confident, energetic and flexible.

  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success.
  • Conduct audits/walkthroughs to ensure the following services are being completed: Janitorial, Pest Control, Waste Management, Recycling/Compost, Landscaping, Cafe Maintenance, Service Documentation.
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, for minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion.
  • Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
  • Coordinate the delivery of site amenities as needed
  • Provide coordination and support events, meeting and conference facilities as required.
  • Other duties that may include but are not limited to: reception and guest support, equipment maintenance, and management of site access, safety and security support.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site/s as needed.
  • P2P interactions
  • Vendor Enrollment, Vendor Re-enrollment, Tickets for mishandled invoices, Owner for Keepstock PO, Approves invoices, Approves orders, Owner for janitorial supply PO, Approves invoices.
  • PO creation & PO owner as needed - would route to FS for approval.
  • Fields communications from Janitorial/Landscaping Contractors and is main liaison between FS & contractor.
  • Communicates new needs/complaints to contractors.
  • Inputs security access requests for vendors, including for deliveries.
  • Assist in procurement of vendors and services (RFPs)
  • Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback.
  • Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
