We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III for an exciting position with a world leader in technology.

Candidates should be local to Redmond, WA for a hybrid schedule.

Supporting E2E Validation (E2EV) for Global Server Operations (GSO) through excellence in communication, project management, and data management.

  • The mission of the team is to validate new data center technologies to ensure they meet Global Server Operations (GSO) requirements for serviceability, scalability, and safety. We achieve this through rigorous testing and experimentation, providing data and insights to our partner teams through detailed test reporting, and engineering expertise through consultation and design during product development. Our portfolio spans a wide array of technologies across servers, storage, rack infrastructure, machine learning, networking, industrial automation, and robotics.
  • Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners around communication needs, cadences, and planning
  • Develop and present professional, high quality communications that clearly demonstrate progress, status, risks, and achievements of E2E Validation supported by quantitative and qualitative data
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, telemetry, and visualization to support scaling of communications while maintaining a professional, polished look and feel
  • Skill/Experience/Education

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate a diverse set of personalities while achieving project goals

    Ability to navigate complex data sets from multiple sources and distill insights into visualizations and concise textual content

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience

    2+ years of experience with SQL-like query engines and other supporting languages

    2+ years of experience working in complex technical environments with diverse, evolving requirements

    2+ years of experience managing complex technical projects with executive level visibility

    2+ years of experience working with and leading cross-functional process improvements including application of automation for scaling
