We are seeking a candidate to maintain and support CICS programs while providing technical advice to developers. This is not an applications programmer role, but instead heavily focuses on debugging, building CICS regions, and handling resource definitions. The successful candidate will be personable and able to work across teams. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support CICS programs
• Debugging
• Building CICS regions and handling resource definitions
• Provide technical advice to developers

• Strong customer service skills
• Technical expertise in CICS programming
• Ability to reason through complex issues
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients
• Good judgement for making sound decisions
• Proficient in reading technical documentation

The ideal candidate should have experience in CICS programming with strong problem-solving skills. A college degree or professional designation from ASPPA, CEBS, or paralegal certificate is preferred. The ability to multitask, prioritize work assignments, and pay attention to detail is a must-have. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, as well as personal computer skills is required. Pension consulting experience is necessary.
