The salary range for #1 below is around $66,000 to $88,00. Some critical attributes:
Purpose of the Position:
Serve as liaison between IT, Lending Division and other Divisions, and end-users to analyze business requirements and review or produce specifications for any new or modified technology for the Lending and other applications. Responsible in identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising Lending and other Divisions on options, risks, and costs of technology. Conduct research to determine if technical solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside our existing network infrastructure, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. Analyze impact of proposed technical solutions across the business units, develop communication directives to explain/demonstrate business requirements and specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design and configuration. Work with Lending to ensure they understand the technical specifications and business objectives.
Maintain lending and other applications break/fix
Upgrade lending and other applications
Perform lending and other application system administration
Perform Fed Line security
Perform project management as assigned
Perform back up support for other application specialists
Provide support to Level II Desktop as necessary
Maintain and update technical documentation as deemed appropriate
Work with other IT support as necessary
Participate in ON Call as required
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required
Software rollout (new or upgrade)
Environment set up (test, training, production etc)
Design/Analysis/Research/Planning related to new implementations and upgrades
Interface with product vendors and business owners
Participate in other projects as deemed appropriate

Experience in the use of lending systems including design, installation, system modifications, troubleshooting, and day to day support.
Work Experience Requirements:
5 years’ experience in the banking industry working with loan and credit procedures and loan documentation requirements.
3 years knowledge of computer systems.
3-5 year of Business Analyst experience.
5 years extensive knowledge of lending application software is preferred.
3 years of thorough knowledge of procedures, policies and applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements governing the operation of all types of loan accounts is preferred.
