Title: Technology Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities for moves and acquisitions within Desktop Services and other projects as assigned. The position will work and coordinate with one other Project Coordinator.

Schedule: 8-5PM


  • Meet with stakeholders to identify and define requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Set timeframes and provide specific deliverables for project participants
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Help prepare statements of work, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Coordinate with facilities project manager
  • Manager 3rd party vendor relationships and associated contract labor for projects
  • Monitor project progress and manage any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Coordinate high risk activities, actions, mitigation measures with Desktop Services Supervisors and/or Manager
  • Create, maintain and communicate comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports to leadership


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years experience large project management experience
  • 5 years experience in desktop support
  • 5 years experience supervising teams
  • Must possess current CompTIA, PMI or ISC certification
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, Gantt charts, Kanban, timelines, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project tracking tools


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology field
  • Comprehensive understanding of wired & wireless networking standards impact on end user devices in the desktop support environment
