Title: Audio/Visual Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Rate: $24 - $30/hr W2
Duration: 6+ months (chance of extension/conversion to FTE is likley!)

Looking for Audio/Visual Engineer. This role will be primarily supporting AV and VC technologies at our San Jose office. Secondary responsibilities will consist of L1 support as well (Chat, Slack, Phone). As an AV/VC Engineer, you will provide hands-on support and technical guidance resolving AV/VC issues for our conference rooms and event rooms. Great communication skills both verbally and written are key to success in this position; both to technical teams supporting the tools you use and our customers in business end-user terms.
This position requires hands-on experience across a wide AV scope. From AV/VC equipment, AV infrastructure (hardware and software), AV/VC support experience (including installation, configuration and troubleshooting of devices) plus general IT/Networking knowledge related to AV infrastructure and software applications
Top 3 Requirements:
- 5+ years of corporate audio visual experience, with experience in event support is preferred
- Good knowledge of cloud video conference platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams
- Comfortable with basic OSX and Windows configuration as it relates to video conferencing applications
