Implementation of the Label Declaration functionality within the eSPEC across all zones including additional requirements / data requests per zone.

  • Perform business process analysis
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and existing documents
  • Document functional requirements and collaborate on the development changes
  • Facilitate functional acceptance testing

Work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, the project team and IT regional / global teams

  • Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders using excellent inquiry and communication skills
  • Ensure business justification & prioritization of enhancement requests
  • Insure timely and accurate completion of deliverables

Support the solution proactively

  • Research issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Raise issues and follow-up to ensure both resolution and necessary communication
  • Assist with documentation of change impacts and training of end users
  • Fulfill ad-hoc report requests for the supported business stream(s) as required using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Business Objects


  • Communicate all issues, risks, concerns and status to management, business partners and other departments in a timely manner
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
  • Insure Nestle Compliance and IT governance methods, processes, and tools are followed/used


  • 3+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in software development life cycle
  • 3+ years as IT business analyst with experience in eliciting, documenting and managing requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience in test planning, test case development and execution


  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite along with MS Visio and MS SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of database management tools including Oracle & SQL
  • Ability to manage multiple, activities and tasks under time constraints
  • Ability to effectively influence, convince and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing, business/technology concepts across all levels of organization
  • Provide consumer goods industry experience & knowledge in the area of product specifications / product master data related to raw materials, ingredients and finished goods
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Effective Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and facilitation skills
