Help-Desk 2nd Shift - (Remote)

Modis is excited to share a Help Desk role! This role is a remote role with a Fortune 500 company and key player in several industries, including tools, environmental and industrial process and control markets., offering competitive pay, and benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Walk users through the initial customization of the software
  • Test peripherals (credit card machine, signature pad) to ensure they are working properly
  • Update documentation on conversion results, track contacts, schedule users for conversion dates
  • Requirements:

  • Good phone/communication skills
  • 2-3 years minimum experience
  • Network troubleshooting – experience with wireless networking troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 – installing software packages
  • Ability to follow procedures to install the software, start a conversion process to convert data, review error logs to determine successful conversion
