Human Resource Manager

Modis is excited to share a Human Resources Manager position with one of our Fortune 500 companies. This is a direct-to-hire role with an immediate start date. This is a Hybrid-Remote during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, located in Twinsburg, OH. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for full life cycle human resources.

What you need to succeed -

  • Experience within talent acquisition, HRIS Systems, labor laws, and associate support
  • At least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience (will be involved in panel interviews), compensation and benfits
  • Ability to support multiple areas of focus with accuracy and efficiency
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the entire Human Resource Team
  • Need to be able to coach people from floor employees to Managers/Leaders
  • Prefers manufacturing background
