Modis Academy is an educational and employment advancement program that helps launch our candidates to the next level of their careers. Those admitted to the program are trained for real-life roles through either our Remote Flex program or the Full-time Immersive experience. 

Learn while you earn with the Remote Flex program

For software developers that are already on assignment with us, we offer the Remote Flex program. As an added bonus, we advance the payment of the Remote Flex course for those selected– so you don’t have to worry about the financial costs associated with your career ambitions. 

Admitted students take advantage of training opportunities while continuing to work in (and be paid for) their current role. Upon successful completion of the Remote Flex program, we hope to present you with a new client assignment requiring your new skills.  

Hit the ground running with Full-time Immersive training

For college graduates seeking entry-level opportunities in the software development field in the market, Modis Academy offers the Full-Time Immersive experience to provide an educational opportunity and career advancement path.

Like the Remote Flex option, we will advance the payment for the Full Time Immersive course. In this experience, however, the selected new candidate will not be paid during the 12-week course like those within the Remote Flex program. For those new to the industry, we hope to similarly place the selected candidate on client assignment as soon as the course is successfully completed.
