This aerospace company is a leader in its industry, producing commercial jetliners and military aircraft. The company delivers rotorcraft, electronic and defense systems, missiles, rocket engines, satellites, launch vehicles and advanced information and communication systems to clients globally.

This client utilizes IT staffing services for two key divisions. The client required personnel to staff a Legacy project, converting a legacy database to MS-Access with web interface. Modis earned a spot on the client’s vendor list under a maintenance status. They selected multiple consultants to assist with the project; one consultant advanced to a System Architect position on a subsequent project.

Modis recruited aggressively for this requisition and responded quickly to the client’s request. In addition, Modis worked with the client as a subcontractor to one of their prime vendors in Phoenix, Arizona.

This wholly owned subsidiary of one of the world’s largest airlines, manages the airline’s technology needs, including overseeing business processes, as well as improvement and maintenance of all operating systems and existing architecture.

This client needed assistance with a critical project that would have implications across the airline’s entire information technology system. This project publishes real-time flight schedule events to subscribing multiple client applications. The client required consultants to assist with the project’s development. Modis placed a Senior Developer with strong C++ object-oriented development skills, HPUX server platform experience, clearcase, relational database skills (Oracle DB2 and MQ series experience at the client) to facilitate the project. Modis has a long history of supplying this client with consultants for various critical projects.
