ReviewNet helps Modis deliver best-qualified consultants to large utility company.

This utility company is the largest in Kansas. The company used help desk technicians to support their operations and required more help desk personnel familiar with the specialized software and systems in place at their facilities.

In order to deliver the best-qualified consultants, Modis had each subject matter expert take a technical skill test from our ReviewNet web-based testing tool. ReviewNet offers more than 300 IT assessments covering the leading technologies in the industry today. After evaluating the results, Modis was able to offer candidates with the right skill levels to complete the company’s existing help desk team.

Our tools help our clients in all aspects of IT recruitment. ReviewNet offers solutions to assist you with defining jobs and analyzing needs to screening candidates, interviewing, testing, identifying training needs, and analyzing the skills and training of internal staff.

Modis consultants move, merge data centers for energy client.

Based in Michigan, this Fortune 500 integrated energy company consists of two subsidiaries. One subsidiary provides natural gas and electricity to more than 6 million Michigan residents, the second focuses on independent power production and natural gas transmission. This client planned to move its data centers from the two locations to its headquarters.

Modis provided technical professionals in multiple skill sets to assist with the data center move. Modis delivered an infrastructure project manager, technical support professionals, technical writers and client-server programmer analysts to complete this project. The project was very successful, and as a result, the client hired our project manager full time. Modis also earned approved vendor status for future work for the client. We have since expanded our efforts in providing additional employees in other departments of the company.
