Technical Support/Help Desk Level 3 – three year contract
Our Government of Canada client has an immediate need for a Technical Support /Help Desk Level 3 resource for a three-year contract working onsite in downtown Ottawa from 8:30 to 4:30.
This contract requires the following technical experience:
- Windows 7 /10
- Exchange 2010 / 2016
- Microsoft Office Suite 2016 / o365
- Remote Access and PKI
- Adobe Reader
- Microsoft System Centre Communication
- Manager (SCCM)
- Active Directory
- Windows file / print server
The contract also requires a GOC security clearance at the Secret Level¸ bilingualism (English/French) and a University degree or 2-year college diploma/certificate in an IT related field and 10 years’ experience in IT technical support.
In return this contract offers long term stability and superior hourly pay rates.
